Vecocious 

1)To be of an insular self contained nature.
2)To be unvecocious is the opposite, meaning to be quite loud, and outgoing, though not obnoxious or bad tempered.

That guy over in the corner alone...I think he would be the vecocious type.

My local politician is the most unvecocious person I've ever met!Perhaps thats a good thing....

to be loud, somewhat overbearing, but not ill-tempered.

At the bar last night I met the most unvecocious person ever!He was good fun though, but he just wouldn't calm down!!
