Really just a all around goofy guy that is just more southern that a Popeyes ten piece chicken tenders. A person who is usually a humdiddly loves to go to the local Mickey D’s at 1 am.

“You’re quite a humdiddly brother”. Or “My brother Texas ranger is quite a humdiddly feller”
