When one farts into their hand as if performing a cup of cheese, but rather than opening the hand over someone's face, one presses their lips to there thumb and index finger of the fist and blows the fart in a targeted direction.

My girlfriend thought I was gonna give her the cup of cheese, but I faked her out and hit her with a dutch blowdart
