"terror cookie" is a phrase used describe a wannabe goth. Terror cookies are trendwhore teens who dress goth, but have no idea what it means to be goth. Terror cookies often congregate in shopping malls.

I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of mindless terror cookies.
