A nickname for a man that is totally owned by a woman and will do anything she tells him to do, such as run errands and buy her things. A woman will never have sex with her Fishy, but she will let him kiss her on the cheek if he buys her things.
Shelly enjoys going shopping at the mall with her Fishy because she can make him pay for everything and carry her shopping bags too.
