The Bob Ross is a sexual move. It can only be performed if the male has a long goatee, much like the late, great television artist. The key is to twist the beard to a point, and while performing cunnilingus, dip the pointy beard into the female's anus and then proceed to "paint" on her vagina with the freshly-dipped brush.

I gave Nicole the Bob Ross the other night. There was shit everywhere! She loved it.
