When guys are out at the strip club and they run out of bills, essentially becoming unable to 'make it rain' so they start throwing change instead.

"Man I was at the club last night and ran out of ones so I couldn't make it rain no more."

"So what did you do, homie?"

"I pulled out some quarters, nickels, and dimes and made it hail up in that bitch!"

"Aw yeah!"
