Mareh 

A girl who thinks she can twerk and that all the boys want her but in reality, this is not true. Mareh's can be good yet questionable friends as they are nice but lack the ability to not cross the line.
Mareh's usually pretend to be "innocent" when in reality they are very sexual and promiscuous.

Guy 1- woah dat chick can't twerk

Guy 2- yeah, that's gotta be a mareh
