YABA

An acronym for the phrase "You're A Bad Ass" / "You're a badass", which originated in the in the 2026 Apple TV series 'Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed', Episode 2 'YABA', in a scene between the characters Paula Sanders (Tatiana Maslany) and her daughter, Hazel Hendricks (Nola Wallace). It is used as a term of endearment and encouragement for someone you think is incredibly brave.

Person 1: "Okay, get out there, badass!"

Person 2: "I love you."

Person 1: "I love you too. YABA!"
