A really useless entity. In fact, so useless that it's unfair to categorize the entity as a person. An entity who goofs up everything, looks highly slappable and should be whacked every time it is spotted.

A: "Look at those Gandus"
B: "Who, the installation guys from AT&T"?
A: "Yes, those Gandus."
