Senior Scraps's definitions
A person who augments the watchbill, and thereby stands fewer watches than someone who is on a watchteam, but can not manage to relieve the watch on-time. These people cause those who are standing five-and-dimes great distress because bagmenters have a better deal, yet screw over their colleagues.
You stand ONE FUCKING watch a DAY, and you still can't relieve on time? I fucking hate you Bagmenters!
