A kangaroo court is typically a court where there is no justice, no due process and one in which the magistrates are looking forward to make orders without letting an accused person enter a plea. It's more common for obese magistrates to commit appalling breaches of procedural fairness.
This is the Melbourne Magistrates' Court of Victoria. It is a Kangaroo Court. The prosecutors who litigate parking fines in this court typically do not have the slightest sense of conviction towards the justice system which they serve and the appalling arrogance of Magistrates who do not let an accused person enter a plea.
