On December 18th, the owner will exact vengeance on the members who have tormented him. This only lasts one day, and the member is unable to stop the destruction.

Member: That was a wonderful event yesterday, where we beat up the owner.
Owner: It's now my turn to seek vengeance it's Murder the member day.
