Acronym for Chief Marketing Technologist, the person responsible for all marketing-oriented technology in a company. Like a CTO just for the marketing department.

The CMT reports to the CMO and the CIO.

Abbreviation for 'marketing technology'. All the software and tech-pased processes that are under the control of the marketing department. Analogous to 'marcom' as an abbreviation for 'marketing communications'.
