Describes a person who always responds using gifs really appropriately and usually humorously.

Guy 1: yea I didn't even have time to finish

Guy 2: *sends incredibly relevant gif*
Guy 1: *Wished he could send a gif that expressed how he was feeling but can't find the right one bcs of his lack of skill*
Guy 1: man, how are you always so gif ready?
