A sensual health mechanism consisting of first lying down upon the floor, than:
The Flip: one flips one's legs over one's face,
The Toss: one masterbates with your genitals,
The Bust: one ejaculates upon one's own face,

I feel sick, so I shall flip toss and bust twice a day to retain good fortunes.
