1. To turn an otherwise dull moment into a capslock moment.

2. To sum up a person/event/thing in a capslock fashion.

3. If your already writing in caps, you put the caps on a high level font as to be heard louder.

Ex) To type your 'lecture on fossilization pamphlet' in all caps.
