Stankyhead

Stankyhead - The condition of being absolutely oblivious to the truth and/or ignoring all facts regardless of how obvious. One that suffers from a cranial anal insertion. More commonly described as having your head up your ass.

Any person that believes a wall on the U.S. Mexico Southern border will do anything to address the issues Trump is using to justify a border wall is a stankyhead.
