Asking a bartender or friend to select a beverage for you, rather than choose one yourself. A portmanteau of the 'Mmerican "bro" (short for 'brother') and the Japanese "omakase" meaning 'I leave it up to you,' which is typically said by trusting or adventurous patrons to esteemed and/or familiar chefs in upscale sushi restaurants. Transitive verb
Chip: "Welcome bro, whatcha thirsty for tonight?"
Kyle: "Dude, you know what I like - bromakase!"
