Nigger Protection Program

A place frequented by Niggers. They are held there to protect them from members of radical races. Although Due to the build up of so many Niggers it is no longer a safe place.

AKA: Prison

Man 1: Man, If I see that Nigger that stole my car I'll kill that black sum' bitch.

Man 2: Yeah he's lucky he's in the Nigger Protection Program!
