Penndel

Penndel is a town outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
It is known for being weird. The ghetto-ass drive-by area is located about 200 feet from the sleepy suburbs.
Penndel can also be used as an adjective, meaning weird or crappy.

"Yo, that blunt looks Penndel."

"Not tonight, I'm feeling kinda Penndel."
