To move from one place to another in a cool way, without having to mention how you will do it.
E.g.: If you don't know if you will walk, run, drive etc., you can already tell someone that you will be there, but in a chill way.
Can also be used as synonym for "move".

I'll swayfe to the mall later.

Wow! Did you see how cool he just swayfed across the street!?
