Twirl The Pip

A derogatory term for someone who smokes hard drugs from a crack pipe (pip). Usually while smoking the substance inside the pipe, the user will rotate or ‘twirl’ the pipe to ensure it is heated evenly.

I’m not giving you another $20 just so you can twirl the pip.
