Edgy teen kid vocabulary. A blanket term for "political opinion I agree with". Often used in response to a meme or comment that expresses an (often) controversial political opinion. It's akin to monkeys scratching each others' backs, or giving your homie a little handie because inceldom has been hard on him.

40-year-old NPC who has spent his entire life LARPing on the internet: "Based."
