A term used to describe people with cerebral palsy, commonly used as an insult to people being clumsy.

Clumsy person: ah shit I dropped a plate
Mate: you fuckin spastic, clean it up

Paki

A racial slur used against Pakistanis and those perceived as Pakistanis by skinheads in the 60's. The word is extremely racist and shouldn't be used outside of quotes.

Racist skinhead: fuck off back to your own country paki
All the regular people: you fuck off racist, it isn't 1960 anymore.
