Flapper Bitch

A loud(usually fat), annoying bitchy female.
The proper term when bitch, whore, slut and even cunt don't quite cut it.

Friend - "Jesus! That chick needs to learn how to shut the fuck up!"
Me - "What a flapper bitch!"
