A person who talks on the phone while surfing the internet. You know, the person that isn't paying attention to you to you on the phone because you can hear their keyboard clacking away in the background, and they just go "uh huh" "uh huh".

Telling someone like it is, because they didn't have a "clue". Talking the straight facts, stating the truth to someone who doesn't "get it".
"Hey sistah, your man was nosing around my bedroom late last night when you were asleep. I'm not trying to cause trouble, but I'm telling you like it is so now you've been KLOOD."
