1. A white, middle class Canadian kid who grows up listening to rap music and thinking they're a thug. See wigger.

2. An extremely cowardly act. To run from trouble.

1) Man that kid was such a Phatzane.

2) So instead of meeting me like a man, he Phatzaned.
