Q3Shitty 

Alias for the Q360 software package. Q3Shitty, in theory, is used for ticketing, inventory, tech support, and various other things. In reality it is a slow, bloated tick hanging off the ass end of dead horse due to how often it freaks out from the simplest of tasks such as clicking "Open" or trying create a new ticket.

Tech 1: "Hey, can you open a ticket for me for this issue?"
Tech 2: "Yeah, give me a minute. Q3Shitty crashed again."
Tech 1: "Really? Again?" <throws hands up in sarcastic disbelief>
