A good deal or bargain in a foodie sense. especially one found in Atlanta. (the sc is pronounced as in "biscuit")

Her: I can't believe the creme brulees at Dekalb Farmers Market are so good, and only cost $1'49 each.

Him: Wow, sounds like a fliscit to me. I love buying fliscits with you.
