Street jockey

A city dweller you might see selling street food from a cart or a van. Usually there will be hundreds of items to choose from, but the jockey will be totally confused if you ask for anything other than a “gyro”.

Hey Fred, can you get me a chicken gyro from that street jockey, here’s 13 bucks just in case.
