an overtly homosexual slang phrase used by Monroe county renown singer/songwriters who think they far above the measuring stick of conventional society. (see Jonah Carden)

Jonah Carden: Man I think it's time for me to go flop the wad with Timmy and Stripes.

Random person: Uh yeah whatever Jonah, sounds like it sucks as bad as Southern Lame.
