The Uhura Double Stuff 

In “This Ain’t Star Trek”, Spock and Kirk discover Uhura’s virus while taking her temperature both rectally and orally. Kirk and Spock utilize a common maneuver to properly apply the vaccination, which involves boldly splitting Uhura in two with some brutal double penetration.
