People who like the dress as anthropomorphic animals. Usually characterized by whining, and comparing their plight to the oppression of various ethnic groups or homosexuals. Unlike ethnic groups or homosexuals, there is no genetic variation nor genetic traits that makes a person dress as a mascot. Making fun of a furry is no more different then insulting a person for saying or doing stupid things. There are however, good and bad furries (See Example).
Scenario One: Bad Furry
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: "Sir, I can not allow you in dressed as that."
Furry: "OH MY GOD! WHY WON'T YOU ACCEPT ME FOR WHO I'AM!? I'M A PERSON TOO! *AWWOOOOOOO!*"
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: "Wow..."
Scenario Two: Good Furry
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: Sir, I can't allow you in dressed like that."
Furry: "E-gad sir! it would appear as if I've accidentally swapped my tuxedo for my fury suit, and have failed to notice until now! Terribly sorry about that old bean! allow me go home and change, I'll be right back!"
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: "I do appreciate that sir, I'll be right here waiting."
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: "Sir, I can not allow you in dressed as that."
Furry: "OH MY GOD! WHY WON'T YOU ACCEPT ME FOR WHO I'AM!? I'M A PERSON TOO! *AWWOOOOOOO!*"
Fancy Restaurant Doorman: "Wow..."
