Swobbly 

When something wobbles uncontrollably, either when you wobble something (usually a part of the body) uncontrollably or when someone walks and their fat wobbles.

"Stop swobbling my fat!"

"Wow, my jelly looks swobbly today"

Person A: "OMFG did you see that girl’s ass?"
Person B: "Yeah, that swobbled like shite"
