Hidden Mitten

The act of Fisting a vagina followed by the insertion of an erect penis. Once both the fist and the penis have met inside, the hand jacks off the erection. This act is done by one male to one female.

For example, "The only way we both could get off was by throwing her the Hidden Mitten."
