business style is defined as an action that is done as per rules, regulations or proper ethics but the individual involved is able to maintain coolness and stay hip.
Tariq could have easily jumped the turnstile to ride the subway; but not wanting to appear like a scrub with no cash, he played it business style, paid his fare and passed through like a smooth operator.
