Whirlpoo 

When flushing, the last piece of fecal matter which rather than going down the pipe, becomes stuck in the swirling whirlpool at the bottom of the bowl and spins in place violently for upwards of several seconds before flushing properly.

I didn't know whirlpoos could last so long!
