Looting followed as a result, causing suffering for many businesses. Many making wider claims to respect all lives and not just supporting the "Black Lives Matter" movement received hate from the media, with NBA voice Grant Napear fired after remarking "All Lives Matter"- as well as a Harvard student remarking that she would "stab" the next person to say "All Lives Matter". People need to learn that is such thing as systemic racism in modern society and we need to work to stop it.
