Fuck found it's way in the daily french-canadian vocabulary. Used this way it refers to a persons state, be it appearance or mental. In any case it is not good.

It also looses it's sexual connotation.

Ç't'osti là est toute fuckée!

(That jerk is all fucked up)

Elle est fucké dans la tête...

(She's fucked up in the head)

C'est fucké ça!

(That's fucked up!)
