Shot by a radioactive nigga on the way home, Supernigga obtained niggapowers. He fights crime with super strength (3 times a regular niggas strength) and super speed. Nigga speed, the fastest speed in the universe. Supernigga perceives time differently, we move in regular seconds, Supernigga moves in nigga seconds, nigga seconds is whatever the fuck Supernigga wants it to be. 1 nigga second can be 30 regular seconds, and 30 regular seconds can be half a nigga second. This is basic niggaology. Not only this, Supernigga uses forbidden nigga jutsus. These can do various things (Eg. stop time, summon guns).
