A compound adjective used to display complete disgust; Poking fun at a friend's stupid comment.

Jim Bob: "I went square dancing last night, it was radical!"
Slim: "Ew, you're fuckin' ugly."

When someone walks around with their pants around their ankles, simply chuckle, shake your head, and exclaim "Dude, you're fuckin' UGLY!"
