When someone is too afraid, too shy or too chicken to do something that they are supposed to do or were told to do by a friend or colleague.
Fred: Hey bro, there's that cute girl you like. Go talk to her.
Errol: Nah, I don't feel like talking to her right now.
Fred: What, you got blue balls now?
Errol: Ofcourse not, I just don't feel like talking to her right now!
