Itchy Foot 

When a guy is in the company of a Hot Babe and gets a hard on. All he wants to go is get his little man out and give her some but cannot. Thus he has an Itchy Foot and can openly say this to the Hot Babe without getting a palm to the face.

Hot Babe: Why do you keep on twitching?
Guy: Oh, I just have an Itchy Foot ;)
