Forum slang for a respected person who has a lot of posts but is not a pedophile or freak. Also can mean someone who is extemeley "pro" or "1337"

:Eddie: Man, No one is going to beat that guy in a posting war.

:Matt: Hell yeah, that dude is a Rougie!
