Persona que saca el culo, persona que molesta o causa problemas, persona que comete una falta contra otra.

Pajuo describes a person that is specially mean to another person, causes trouble for them, bothers or simply is obnoxius

Ej: Si eres pajuo, no felicitastes a tu novia en su cumpleaños.

Ej: You are so "pajuo", you didnt congradulate your girlfriend on her birthday
