King of Hearts

Similar to the "King of Spades", it is a white male that usually leads the "Queen of Hearts" (A female of any race who almost exclusively dates white men), who are themselves usually followed by a "Jack of Hearts" (A male of any race who likes to be dominated/cucked by white women/men)
