Tweaker pigeons common in San Francisco, especially the Tenderloin. Known for their disheveled feathers, bloodshot eyes, and particularly reckless behavior in acquiring your french fries. Shares these common characteristics with other natives of the area.

There's always at least one twgeon in the flock... shit WATCH OUT!!!
