Ash-Bowl 

A polite way of saying "asshole."
Usually seen being used by immature adults, and children under the impression they're mature. Term originated from South Philadelphia in 2009.

Dave: Drew is SUCH an ASH-BOWL.
Ron: Hey, he is not. Leave him alone!
