Scrimblo 

An odd being, usually an animal, that is behaving in a way that gets nothing accomplished and is harmful to the being's well-being. Usually considered cute.

Person 1: Look at my cat, it is trying to eat bread, but it can't!
Person 2: Yeah, he sure is a scrimblo.
